  • District Coordinator News

Meet Patricia Cluxton. Patricia is the District 11 Coordinator for the OCW She serves Adams, Brown, Highland, :Pike, Ross and Scioto Counties. This is her interview.

I have been married to Jeff Cluxton for 22 years and have two sons:
Justin a Freshman at Ohio State ATI
Jared a senior at Ripley Union Lewis Huntington School district

I live on a farm in Ripley Ohio.  Our family raises Chi and Maine show cattle.  In addition to our own cattle herd we help Jeff's parents with 200 head cow/calf operation.  We AI about 80 head each year which we market in a spring club calf sale.  We also raise soybeans.

I work for the South Central Ohio Computer Association.  I manage school district data, finance, and reporting requirements to the Ohio Department of Education for 8 school districts.

I am a member of the Brown County Cattlemen's Association, Ohio Cattlemen's Association, Ohio Cattlewomen's association, and a current OCA Best Committee Member.  I have also been a 4-H advisor for 20 years.

In my spare time you will find me anywhere my children are or on the farm.  I enjoy watching my children exhibit livestock, playing sports and helping with just about anything on the farm.

I am very thankful for all of the friends I have made through the cattle industry.
